After you've requested a Living In Community Info Packet, let us know more about yourself and why you are interested in joining The Farm community by completing the Community Introduction Questionnaire. This will be shared with community members to facilitate connections and let them know you are interested in joining. Start by clicking the button below to save the document to your computer. Open the document, and fill out the questionnaire with your responses (or you can print it and mail it to us). Once you have completed and saved the document to your computer, please attach the completed questionnaire to an email and send it to Heather at joiningthefarmcommunity@gmail.com.  She will send your Intro to the appropriate committees or members who may reach out to you if more information is requested, or if housing becomes available.
